Does anyone know of an action against Chesapeake's low gas prices because of sales to an affiliated midstream company?  I am sick and tired of getting a major portion of my share of revenue stolen.

There have been a number of them.  None has resulted in a decision against CHK.  Some have been settled by CHK however.  You might view this discussion.  I'm still unsure if this has any reasonable chance of success in a Louisiana court.  Henry follows the progress for us.  The member posting the discussion is one of the lawyers for the firm looking to recruit plaintiffs.

Hasn't been many on the site since her post. I would suggest that she delete the post that identifies the GHS member unless she had permission from him to post his name. It could even be breaking GHS rules.

If anyone on this site has signed up for the RoyaltyRipOff lawsuit with the McDonald firm, would you share your experiences?  I have relatives with CHK leases, and I am thinking they should sign up.  But I would like to hear feedback from someone who actually has signed up.

I too

1/2 of something, is better than all of nothing.

I have signed an agreement with McDonald Law Firm to try to get some of the underpaid royalties that are associated with a well in Tarrant County. DFW Airport, the Bass brothers, City of Arlington, UTA have all filed suites against Chesapeake and won. You can read the agreement with McDonald Law Firm at www.royaltyripoff.com. It is pretty simple and straight forward. It is not class action but individual actions against Chesapeake grouped together by well. That is why it is important that as many mineral owners as possible associated with a well, join together to get back at least 51% of your underpaid royalties. There is strength in numbers.
