Location is just west of the S.W. Henderson Hay GU #1H with well pad located along HW 103E. Horizontal lateral is about 5,000 feet and drilled to the south. It’s a large pool (about 925 acres) and that includes the old Angelina County Lumber Company heirs with additional Henderson tracts.

This is good news for Angelina County mineral owners and shows continued interest by Goodrich.

I have it from a reliable source that they are almost through the turn now.  Drilling since 11-30-11 so it has taken six weeks to get this far.

Thanks for the update.  

I also drove to EOG’s Sarge Well over the holiday and noticed that they were still drilling their lateral. From the quantity of pipe that was vertically stacked (they appeared to be changing out the drillbit), it looks that the lateral drill may be near completion (rough guess). I didn’t talk with anyone but things appeared normal.
