Allen67,

Is this near the state line, or further north?

This location is further north. I would say that it is about ten miles from the state line.

Allen67,

That's still very promising for those of us who are just south of the line. ;) Do us a favor, and keep your neighbors up to speed.

This may not be a site! Rumor has it that they had to remove everything from the Endsley "hole" and that they might be storing it all at a site that is not the next "hole" location! This place is where I thought the next well was going to be put originally! Will keep an eye out on this one.

Allen 67,

Don't ever give up. I do not think EOG will go away after all the $ they have spent. They are still searching for answers.

Ladies and gentlemen, I believe the conventional ways and means of doing business in our neck of the woods are fixing to change, and for the better! Who would have believed that Exxon/Mobil would venture into the natural gas game a mere 5 years ago? In this case, I believe the independents are leading the way, and I think recent empirical data bears this out.

As landowners and mineral rights holders, we have to patient, but I believe our due diligence will start yielding fruit in the days, weeks, months, and years to come.

I have had some conflicting reports on this "location" . One source says this is a location, another says its just a storage place. Its hard to imagine E.O.G. going to the trouble of moving a large amout of material to a out-of-the-way place to be just storing it. Will let everyone know when we find out which is true!!

Hey this is great news I hope more locations are built in the north louisiana and southern arkansas area. I have a rock crusher set up in Plain Dealing and cant wait for this area to get hot. I think I can save them a ton of money since I sell my rock for $10.00 per ton versus $24.00 to $27.00 per ton in shreveport / bossier area.

Thats funny, I just sent a truck to get 3 loads from you a couple of weeks ago!

Hey Allen I appreciate your business. You know whats crazy I talked to Blazer construction about supplying the rock for the endsley location south of gin city. I could have saved EOG a ton of money on that location for rock. I even told them I would sell them the rock dirt cheap just so they would at least try it. My last calculations was that I would have saved them over $30,000 dollars at a rate of $10.00 per ton 35 miles away versus $25.50 per ton from blazers haughton rail spur. It dosent take a rocket scientist to fiqure out the dollar signs. So if anybody knows who the company man is for eog in this area I would love to talk to him.

Thanks, Steve

they do some totally stupid things. I havent ever met a group quite like them. If they arent building another location with this stuff from the Endsley well, then they are hauling it to stock pile it and then move it again to whereever they are going to drill next. This dirt and rock is going to get real expensive!! I am trying to send you as much business as I can. Need to keep things local!
