I would NEVER sell my minerals unless I were absolutely desperate. I suppose companies such as this fill a need, but so do pawnbrokers, and I would never deal with them either.

Had no plans to sell. Just caught me off-guard. Guess they are just fishing to see what they can get.

I also received same solicitation from Cascade for mineral rights is Union County, Ark.
