This unit includes/ the south half of Section 25 and all of sections 28 and 37 in T2N, R1E as well as the north half of Section 4 of T1N, R1E.

Trinidad Rig # 124 is doing the honors.

Bernell can you figure out how to link to the well file in the MSOG database?

http://gis.ogb.state.ms.us/MSOGBOnline/

No...not sure it can be...

Go to the site above, type in EnCana in the find box, enter, click on oil and gas operators and EnCana, then scroll down and click on wells...list of all EnCana wells should pop up...then go to Pintard or whatever well and view whatever is on the site...warning, not much on the site and what is there is seldom current.

Thanks.  I'll see what I can do.

Are you leased?

yes to encana

Short response:

They aren't going to contact you until there is production from the well.

Long answer:

When you signed the lease, you placed EnCana in charge of your oil and gas minerals.

They will contact mineral owners they have NOT leased from and surface owners of the pad and surface owners of the necessary access.

If/when this well begins producing you will likely receive a division order which will show your ownership in the unit.  You will be asked to acknowledge the correctness of their numbers.  If you agree, you will shortly receive a check around the 25th of the second month after the first month of production.

If you don't agree, things will slow down until everyone gets happy.

Personally I'm under (very small ownership) a couple of wells that were drilled at about the same time.

I attempted to contact EnCana before the wells were brought in to explain a change in ownership since the lease was signed and couldn't get anywhere until the wells were actually in production.
