Arthur,  I can offer you a referral to my O&G attorneys.  I may also be able to perform some basic research that will get you a quicker answer and save you some money.  Landmen are less expensive than attorneys.  I can research mineral history and title however I do not offer legal opinions.  That's where the attorney comes in.
