- Jay, It appears that the Empressa wells are now Chesapeake's. Empressa's wells that were producing are being operated by Chesapeake and the Empressa wells that were not producing still bear the Empressa I.D. number but list the CEO as McClendon. I called the local Conservation Office.

but this unit includes a portion of acreage of sec 27 also.
I think it may include acreage in sec 33 & 34 as well.

- do you think the geology of our area nw natch. parish is ok as far as haynesville potential? encana recently staked two wells aprox 6 miles n - ne of our property near lake end. do you think the messenger well is a negative well?
we are interested in selling some mineral rights on this property would like you opinion.
