There is Bossier in South Caddo, it is just not very thick. It will probably be taken after the Haynesville if gas prices are high enough. Jay

They are a minnow, yes. They just made a deal with Exco for the rest of their acreage. They might survive the swim across the ocean as a minnow, or again they could drown. They should have sold out 18 months ago. Jay

Jay, It appears that the Empressa wells are now Chesapeake's. Empressa's wells that were producing are being operated by Chesapeake and the Empressa wells that were not producing still bear the Empressa I.D. number but list the CEO as McClendon. I called the local Conservation Office.

Jay, would you take a look at the drillin report for the Ralph Webb 26 #H1 Well (Ser #240159) and see if you have any thoughts. It appears to have been plugged and abandoned.

Jay- the # of the p&a well is 60253 -- loacation in 28-14-16
but this unit includes a portion of acreage of sec 27 also.
I think it may include acreage in sec 33 & 34 as well.
Irregular unit boundaries?

Jay, If you have time and don,t mind, would you check the logs on these wells 228112 and 221829 and see if they are deep enough to show the HA and if shale may be present. They are in the Ada field.
thanks

Yes, you were right on. Thank you. As far as I know the pipe has already down, at least in our general area.
Thank you so much.
