We basically just got an explanation of our acerage and alot of mumbo jumbo about how they are the only company leasing in our area so better take the deal now etc.

Keep the faith. Remember who you are and Whose you are. Everyone has needed help at one time. There is no shame in that. When you have your degree and your family is no longer in need of government assistance, remember the families that need help and do what you can to help them. I am so sorry that your thread turned so ugly.
