"we did get our division orders the first of this week and first royalty check came today...we did send the demand letter. I think that was effective, but who knows. Yes, u should hear something by November, but if u dont, probably time for action.…"

"28-17-10 Yes we leased (before we knew about the Haynesville Shale)...a month before be heard of it. Very happy to have the well and hoping they might put more. Petrohawk is a good company and we feel very fortunate to have them."

"I can tell u this. Our well was hooked up to the pipeline the first of may, and we just got division orders this Monday, August 16th. This was after we finally contacted the company and sent a deman letter via certified. We have never heard a word…"

well is gone...now what

We checked on a well in Webster that we have acreage under the lease... it is drilled and they are moving the rig out now... i know the fracking process is next...do they do that now or later? Does it take a while? Just don't know that much about it. Watching the process is amazing. I can't believe how deep they drill and how quickly they do it. Thanks...…

I am a novice with shale blog> Have a question...Are most of the Shale wells "good" wells? Also, about how long is the process, once the drilling begins...and is it bad luck to ask these questions?
