They've been undersold by the developer and I, who live in Los Angeles am told its a buyers market in Arkansas and I have hardship getting them rented. These apartments of mine, and many more like them will go back to the developer and bank, by design if people with means don't populate them. Theives are sitting on a goldmine. The goldmine is ours. Figured that's who you were. Your dad told me that you were a directional driller and I associated that with your last name and pretty well identified you.
Good to hear from you...I try to keep up with what's happening in the oil patch, but I only know what Billy Frank and the Sonris website tell me. Billy Frank is more up to date than Sonris tho. Have a good day
