Thanks Chuck.  Wow, that is interesting.  That is the first time I have ever heard about something like that from another family.  This site is so great.

Thank you so much Chuck.  The last time we leased this land I was probably 19 yrs old and didn't have access to all this info so this is great.  I know there is oil on the property because they drilled when my dad was a kid and capped it.  He had a friend with USGS who told him never to get rid of the land that one day they would come back for the oil and I hope that day is here.  Been holding my lease for over a week.  Would like to hold out for more royalties but don't know if I will.  I'm sure we'll chat again.

Because our network has grown word-of-mouth, I want to encourage you to invite your friends and family by clicking here.

There are a couple things you should check out. 1) Check out current discussions. 2) Join in on the County and Parish Groups. By joining a County or Parish, you are networking locally with people who share similar concerns.

Be sure to read up on how to navigate the site HERE. This will help you get the most out of the site.

As a member, should you ever be on the recieving end of crudeness, rudeness or spam, let me know. The site is a peered monitored site and we need your assistance.
