Pipeline R-O-Ws in SW Arkansas

Folks, I am trying to find any comparable R-O-W agreements in SW Arkansas, preferably in  Columbia, Union and/or Lafayette Counties.  My problem is that I cannot find any idea of a price per linear foot or per rod (16.5 feet) for lines in this area.  The closest we've come up with is $375/rod for a major pipeline in the Fayetteville area, and this is much much higher than what we are being offered ($5 per linear foot).I have looked over the threads on what to put into ROW contracts, but what I…See More

Joe, I don't think you will be jinxing anything regarding your ROW negotiations by discussing generalities on GHS.  You'll have to read your O&G lease, if you have one, to see if it covers ROWs.  Don't rely on someone in the timber industry to do anything beyond set a value for your timber.  Good Luck.
