Actually, we are building a home north of Vivian. I was born and raised in Magnolia, only visited my family who lived in the Calhoun/Atlanta area.
Skip Peel- Independent Landman said… Joe, I don't think you will be jinxing anything regarding your ROW negotiations by discussing generalities on GHS. You'll have to read your O&G lease, if you have one, to see if it covers ROWs. Don't rely on someone in the timber industry to do anything beyond set a value for your timber. Good Luck.
