Pre Conference Notice (What the heck does it say and what the heck does it mean).

I’m going to try to lay out what the things on a pre conference notice mean in simple terms to a layman (from a layman). If I get it wrong, please correct me. To get a PROPER lease you need to think like a woman a few hundred years ago. You'll have to wait until they come to you and then you can't appear to be interested. Actually something short of total disdain is called for maybe even the honest threat that you will go UMO. You will still need to flutter your fan though. Cottonwood fluff blowing in the wind..

It makes me think of Dandelion wish flowers. A child closing their eyes tightly making their wish as they blow the fluff into the air. An innocent desire released into the universe.
