I have a well in Sec 6 T9 R11W. I received a application today to drill a subustitute well naming it La Minerals 6#1.
Does this mean they will be drilling another well in my section.

TX Frac Disclosure Rule Goes into Effect on Feb 1, 2012.
Austin, TX – Chairman Elizabeth Ames Jones and her fellow commissioners adopted one of the nation’s most comprehensive chemical disclosure rules for hydraulic fracturing chemicals.
