As always, thanks Skip.  Is there anyway to understand if they will go back to drilling the #1 at some point in time or do they expect to be finished with it? The depth reported above does not seem like the total desired depth?  Sorry for so many questions.  

Yes, they will re-enter the #1 at some point.  Seems to me that the #1 reported depth would be where the intermediate casing string would be set.  I haven't read any statements by TMS operators regarding the advantage of drilling two wells simultaneously and moving back and forth between them.  I can't think of any obvious advantage to the strategy from a drilling stand point.  If I had to guess I'd say that the advantage may be one of scheduling completion crews and having two wells to frac sequentially in the same location.
