It looks like this is the place to find an answer. You all seem to know a heck'uva lot about this stuff. I have two questions. #1) If I have a royalty check saying that a well produced a "quantity" of 2396.19 in a certain month. Should that match up to what SONRIS says the well produced for that month? I can't find any matches really, which suggests that I'm not reading it right. #2) How do I translate what SONRIS says a well produced into mmcfd? Divide bt thirty? Any help is appreciated.

You may be seeing differences in the way the gas is reported. The State requires that volumes be reported in MCF at 15.025 pounds absolute pressure and 60 degrees Fahrenheit.

Your check may be in BTU equivlent. All gas is not created equal.
