I have been very busy the past 3 weeks, but finally found time to check "my well" on the Sonris chart today. And as always, with new info on there I have new questions. I am going to guess that where that says OIL it means the condensate that Electrodynamics described to me (I don't know how you can know so much and still explain it where I can understand, those 2 are usually mutually exclusive--you have a talent). My husband says that when he used to work on the MRT pipelines in Elm Grove eons ago he would mix that condensate with a little oil and run it in his old truck.

OK, so ya'll probably know by now that my question is: Generally, in basic simple lay (wo)man's terms (vastly different from layman's terms) what does this mean and is it good or good-ish?

AND THANKS IN ADVANCE. I STILL FEEL LIKE I KNOW VERY LITTLE COMPARED TO MOST OF YA'LL, BUT I HAVE GAINED MUCH KNOWLEDGE SINCE I BEGAN ASKING QUESTIONS HERE.

Okay, first is has a new name again? From Hall 9 to Hall 9 H to Hall RA SUI. Or is that just something to help them identify some part of it?

Also, well "surface coordinates generated by DNR" have changed slightly since my last print out. How does that happen? It is a tiny little bit of a numbers change in the catergories of UTMX 83, etc. but I compare every little change from printout to printout.

Also something about well tests by type: DT-1 and SDM2G, is it that they just added the test results from when it said the well was testing back in February? It has choke numbers, etc and says the test was completed on 4/21/2009

Are the numbers and dates under "allowables" meaning that they sold an amount (or maybe futures?) for one amount for 4/24-6/30 and for a different amount for 7/1-12/31?

and finally the numbers under this section are all new, it has always been blank before. The one entitled: "LEASE\UNIT\WELL PRODUCTION"

and looks like this:

RPT DATE 04/01/2009 LUW CODE 615519 WELL CNT 1 OPENING STK 0 OIL PROD(BBL) 465 GAS PROD(MCF) 31326 DISPOSITION 323 CLOSING STK 142 PARISH CADDO

What is all that mean?

Thanks again.

It's a good well by most standards. But, when measured against many of the other producing haynesville shell wells in southern Caddo and northern DeSoto Parishes it is very disappointing. Some of these wells are coming in at IP's of 10MMCF a day or more.

Matador Through Drilling
I talked to my contact at Matador thursday, he told me that they are finished drilling for a while, Drill rigs will stay on C.C.M.P. and new Hall locations until pipelines are complete and gas prices rise. Just good Business. Will lease more land in mean time. He also said that Hall #9 is producing very well. I will check with CHPKE and see what their plans are for in our area. I have good. Untill contact for that company also.Wil let you know something if anyting. Till next time, Joe Dyer

Thank you very much for the response. Have other folks you've talked to had the same response?

FYI, I briefly talked to Laura at Chesapeake yesterday. She told me that any change to the lease, specifically referring to surface operations, would be handled by an ammendment/exhibit drafted by TC. I found it odd that TC would send out a boilerplate lease knowing that an amendment would be necessary. Laura told me that TC handles that, Chesapeake doesn't get involved.
