TRYIN TO FIND OUT THE FAIR MARKET VALUE PER MINERAL ACRE IN THIS AREA. IF ANYONE HAS ANY INFO PLEASE LET ME KNOW ABOUT THAT AND OTHER ACTIVITY IN THIS AREA OF CASS COUNTY.
