Can someone tell me if there are 2 wells in this section?

When I look on Sonris, there seems to be two wells with almost the same information.

Well # 1

3374 10 240956 HA RA SUDD;GALLASPY 19-12-11 H 001 04-MAR-10 C084 030-12N-11W 7651 RED RIVER-BULL BAYOU 17500

Well # 2

3381 10 240972 HA RA SUJJ;GALLASPY 30-12-11 H 001 05-MAR-10 C084 030-12N-11W 7651 RED RIVER-BULL BAYOU 17800

Why does the first well say it's in 19-12-11, but is in sec. 030-12N-11W?

Is the 19-12-11 just apart of well #1's name?

So, is well #1 in section 30 or in section 19?

The first well, Gallaspy 19-12-11 has a surface location in Sec. 30.  Look under the scout report on sonris, for the date of 3/4/10, and you will see the surface location is 215 feet from north line (FNL) and 1255 feet from west line (FWL) of Sec 30.  In other words, it is near the northern border of Sec 30.  The planned bottom hole location is 250 FNL and 990 feet FWL of Sec. 19.  So this well will drain Sec 19.  If you have minerals in Sec. 19, this is the well from which you will receive royalties.

The second well, Gallaspy 30-12-11 drains sec 30.  Usually the name of the well reflects the section drained, not the section where the surface is located.

There are actually 4 wells in that section. Harris 19 location in section 19. And 3 more drilled from section 30. Brugier berry llc alt 1, brugier berry llc alt 2, and brugier berry llc alt 3. Drilled by swepi and came in all at same time and range from 13 mcf to 9 mcf. In restricted chokes. Really good wells. This is the first shell mega pad site. More to come

If I recall, the Harris 19 is in 11N-12W, not 12N-11W.  Crunchy would know.

You are correct. Harris 19  and Lee Berry 1,2,3 are in 11n-12w sec19
