Last I heard of leasing was around Bundick Lake and it was more like $150 and 1/5 but was tied to a seizmic shoot with something like $50 up front for 18 months and $100 if they pulled the trigger on the lease option. I think $300 and 1/4 may be wishful thinking but you never know.

We have property in Dry creek, Beauguard Parish. It's been almost 2 yrs. since they 3 D. When will we hear from someone ? What is the going price to get , I heard $ 300.00 a Acre & 25%. Is this right. Please ,let me know .
