Clayton Williams has a few units adjacent to KCS in Terryville.I wonder if they might be the buyer. They have been forming some new units in the area lately.

I think the Smackover and the Haynesville Sand are two possible targets in this area. Are they horizontal targets? I do not know. But they are potentialy productive.

The rig has moved from the Thompson Well site and they were filling in the pit as I drove by 3 days ago. Not sure when it will be frac-ed, hopefully it's a good one!!

Wow Ron, I don't want to be called a naysayer, but what makes you think it goes to Ruston? Don't get me wrong, I hope it does, I have mineral interest in that area. But I have seen no credible evidence that the shale goes that far east.

I am meeting with a Questar rep this week about putting a frac pond on my property. What questions should I ask, are there restrictions. What price should I ask? Any info will be appreciated.

BD. If you haven't had the opportunity to look into the JAG Hamner well, please try to do so next week so that I can let my friend know whats up and not have it hanging over me during the holidays. LOL!

BD, thanks for the kind words. Yeah, the Cotton Valley has been good to me and the peeps. Still waitin' on the HS monster. Hopefully prices will rebound so it makes it better for all of us. O&G and landowners alike.

But you my friend have it made. Great dogs and land with birds. Beautiful! I have seen few things better than one of our German Shorthairs rock solid on a ringneck as my father or me got ready for the shot. Some things in life cannot be bought. By the way, what's up with all the super models in your photos? Nice shots my friend.
