It has helped.  We do have a lease on our property that extends through 2013.  IMHO it's a slightly above-average lease (compared to other $ figures I've heard in our area).  The lease was signed by a trust company before we were beneficiaries, so we're new to the property and I'm just now working through understanding the terms on the lease.

Joe, I don't have time to post links to the recent TMS and Austin Chalk unit apps.  Do me a favor and use this link or post this link so that members in those groups can do their own tracking of unit apps.  Thanks, Skip

Good morning, Joe.

Hope everything is going well for you. I am a little concerned about a comment that I received from "Blessing". It has nothing to do with o&g and is of a personal nature. I received the same one from "Peace" when I first joined this site. I clicked on the name and saw that a msg. was sent to 16 members at the same time last night(e-mail address from UK). I am wondering if this is something that Keith should be made aware of.

Thanks

Ilona
