Old Hillbilly- how you been? Traffic is backed up to Logansport.
Never seen the like of this. Did you keep your minerals? Are you retired now or still working? Never be another poor day.

Hey old Hillbilly---good to hear from you. You working down that way in Martinsville, or what? Is martinsville on Hwy 7 between Center and Nacogdoches? I assume you kept your minerals in sec 20. The traffic is bad on 191. take care now.

Hello hillbilly,
Yes, drilling on the 20 well has been ongoing since SPUD (beginning) date of 4/25. Boy, you talk about NOISE !! I can hear the thing at times just sitting in my living room 'bout 1/2 mile away. Can't imagine what those people right next door to the thing are going through. I figure they should be through with drilling within in the next 30 days or so. No problems that I am aware of.

Not so with the Sec. 22 Marr well. I spoke with Marr just the other day. He's totally disgusted. Fracing company have had problems with the coil tubing (don't know much about this, however), and they are having to retrieve ("chew") or grind the thing out a piece at a time. He showed me a chunk of it. Boy what a mess ! He said to date they have spent an additional $6 mil in this effort.

Despite a concerted effort by the majority of mineral/landowners in 20 objecting to the adding of 29, the proposal by CHK was approved on the spot, let's say, 'cause as grandma used to say " . . . thems that gots the gold -- makes the rules !! " How true.

Miss talking to you at J J's in the mornings, but I'm still aggravatin' sis. She is such a nice friendly person!

Thanks for responding. However, would you please elaborate on exactly what you mean when your refer to the pad "below 191" and what pipeline did you walk "north". I'm confused here, please help. Thanks, again.

Do you have any info as to exactly WHERE the connecting pipelines are going to be run to and from the Blackstone pad in Sec #20? It is staked out for a pipeline to be run from the corner of Sec's # 19,20,17 and 18 north along the W/side of #'s 20 and 17.
