Anyone noticed the very large transportation costs MRD is deducting from land owners.  Is this legal? Is this fair? Is this normal?  Seems like MRD is gauging land owners.

Lanie, if you have trouble getting replies here on the Main Page you can also post your discussion in the Lincoln Parish group.  That is where most of the MRD related discussions are located.  When you post a new discussion in a parish group all the members receive an email alerting them to the new discussion.  That doesn't happen when you post to the Main Page.

thanks, thought I had.....I'll repost

there is a new lawsuit filed in Lincoln Parish sometime first of August.   or I was told.  Haven't seen it.

Thanks, will check into that

I looked to see if that suit was on file in the public records of Lincoln Parish.  An online search using the name, MRD did not find it.

filed august 1 another suit against MRD and Hunter temple

If the suit was filed (recorded) in Lincoln Parish on or after Aug. 1 it has not been scanned into the online records.

They are charging ridiculous amounts for transportation. And deductions for Capital Expenditures. Which is a joke. And then charging for compression,if applicable. By the time a royalty owner in this area pays all of the plus income tax owed, there is very little money left. That is, if you are lucky enough to even get your check.

From what I'm reading it appears that these deductions have gone up significantly.  When did this happen?  When MRD acquired the wells from Wildhorse or sometime thereafter?

suit filed august 8 2016 and is online at courthouse

Under what names?  ? vs. ?

He said CLB Properties vs MRD and temple, detailing lawsuit with allegations and how temple involved
