Jay, the one operator that stands out on the list for me is Diamond. It seems their one rig is incapable of drilling a horizontal well. Diamond has a number of vertical wells drilled but not completed. From the casing on the last few, it appears that they could be completed horizontally. It would appear that they are waiting for someone to come along and help them out.
