My property on my deed states like this lot 61, & the South 10 ft of Lot 60, lying next to and adjoining Lot 61, Evangeline Subdivision, a subdivision in the City of Shreveport, as per recorded in Book 250, pg 200 of the Conveyance Records of Caddo Parish, la. Geographic # 171417-007-0089-00. Are you able to tell me what would be a reasonable offer from an oil company and also at what annual percentage would be right and honest, fair. thx
